You’re willing to rent out your apartment on Airbnb but do not really have the time to take care of logistics ?

We can handle this part for you by creating the listing, dealing with the hosts and cleaning the place at the end of their stay. This way, we ensure that this experience will be as pleasurable for you as for the guests.

Our services include :

  • Creating a tailor-made listing of your place featuring photos taken by a professional photographer
  • Posting the listing on Airbnb and similar websites
  • Managing your booking calendar
  • Selecting guests
  • Providing guests with a 24/7 support (before, during and after their stay)
  • Handling logistics and maintenance of your place : cleaning, check-in, placing your personal belongings in a safe, emptying your wardrobe and reinstalling it at the end of the guests’ stay

Operating fees (including property management and check-in) : 10% of the rent

Additional fees : cleaning, protection service for your personal belongings, emptying and reinstalling your wardrobe, providing photos taken by a professional photographer for your listing at cost and negotiated with our usual partners.

Driven by the ambition of making the organization of luxury events easier, we created Teisseire Consulting in 2016. Over the years, we have acquired all the savoir-faire required to turn your project into a unique high-end, tailored event, and thought-through down to the last details.

Our profiles and skills are complementary, which is why we work closely together. All our other team members are recruited with care and trained in VIP treatment. When needed, we call upon other project managers whom we trust and who share the same values and meet the same high degree of requirements.
